I have been a CUSTOMER of Factorify for a while now and I must say their service is average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. The website is pretty easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, the shipping can be a bit slow at times. Overall, Factorify is an okay company to do business with.
