I'm really happy with the sewing machine I purchased from Singer Direct. The quality is fantastic and it's been a pleasure to use. The customer service was also excellent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and they were very patient in answering them. Overall, I would rate Singer Direct as excellent.
