As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Media resource group is an average company. The services they offered were just satisfactory. I expected more from them. The website, mrginc.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support lacking. They were not very responsive and took a long time to address my concerns. Overall, my experience with the company was just average.
