I had a mixed experience with Quest Edtech. While I found their platform user-friendly and the content informative, the customer support was lacking. Whenever I had an issue, it took a long time to receive a response and sometimes the answers provided were not satisfactory. However, the courses themselves were valuable and helped me acquire new skills. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
