The person who was assigned my job, rang me to tell me that he d be late, offered to reappoint or could he be 15mins late. Perfect, he then arrived, apologetic and was quick and pleasant.
I also received a personal call from the CEO, who listened and assured that efforts were being put in place to improve. As a customer it s not the issue but how you act to rectify. I am pleased to say that Smarthouse Fire Solutions has listened and acted.
Smarthouse you mean Smartarse. Terrible attitude it s all about THEM. We customers are just regarded as a nuisance. Call centre is totally lacking in any empathy or that a customer has any say. This company is obviously operated by owner/s who demands huge output from their call centre. The operators there have no customer service abilities. Unfortunately my agent has a contract with this company. I can only recommend any other company that provides better a customer experience. Besides do you know how easy it is to test and change a battery? Anyone can.
