Very poor service from start to finish. When we arrived from NC, to our 1015pm reservation, we were told by valet that, valet parking was not an option because the lot was full. We went to the parking lot adjacent to the hotel/resteraunt to pay to park at $20 for 2 hours of parking. Once in the lot and at the pay station, the machine was out of order for debit/credit. It was cash only. The people in front of us paid with cash. The machine took there money, but did not offer a ticket to display on the dash. We then left that lot and went 3 blocks up to public parking by the Skywheel and paid to park there at $20 for 2 hours as well. We then, dressed in semi formal attire had to walk in the cold wind and rain 3 blocks back to the resteraunt. Once inside we were seated by the window, which was filthy. Our waitress was too talkative and asked lots of personal questions. Thankfully someone else took over our service. (THERE IS A GOD)! The group at the table across from us was loud, belligerent, and drunk. The table behind us was ghetto and loud. They complained the entire night, out loud for all to hear. A few tables back there was a German shepherd who stood up and shook himself off on the way out. At this point, I know were being punked. Once the food comes out, our side dishes are overcooked as if they were sitting in a warming window all night waiting to be ordered. Not fresh at all. The stuffed chicken and cowboy ribeye were okay but the Lobster Mac and Sweet potatoe casserole were way overdone. Basically, my boyfriends 41st birthday was ruined and I wasted well over $150. #NeverAgain at least not this location. If we weren't late for our next agenda item, I would've asked for a Manager and asked for some sort of amicable resolution.
