Was stunned by the pride the consultant I met at their office had in their agency being pricy. When I asked her how do they generally work their brand Itentity creation commercials, her response was, "we are Gujarat's expensive agency". (I guess it was my college kid like clothing maybe). When I asked her to take my email so she can share come basic information with me, she just handed me her card and asked me to email her and she'd respond to that (Wow.). She had a notebook and pen right infront of her. I was really keen (I loved the stuff they put on their office window) on taking their services, but I am not sure how I will be treated when I am their customer if I was treated like this when I was a prospective customer.

Just a suggestion to CC: don't tell your customer you will charge him more. What he needs to know is you will deliver better than anyone.
