The food from Fresh Fit Meals is decent and reasonably priced. The variety of options on their menu is quite good, making it easy to find something that suits my taste. However, I do think that some of the dishes lack flavor and could benefit from more seasoning. The portion sizes are also a bit small for my liking. Overall, it's an okay option for healthy meals, but there's definitely room for improvement.
