Terrible attendance

Terrible attendance

I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I gave my identity and explained that I would sign a deed of purchase and sale. Then the buyers arrived.
They took us to a tiny, unventilated room. After 30 minutes of waiting, we complained about the room and were directed to a room with a window, which was always empty.
No employee came to tell us what was going on. Only after repeated complaints did they inform us that the documents were with Mr. Adriano and that he was at home office and forgot the appointment.
The Notary Public, as soon as he heard about it, should have printed a new document to be signed. Only after an hour of the scheduled time we finally managed to sign.
At no time did anyone notary public try to speed up the process or apologize.
As customers we were very poorly served, I do not recommend the service of this notary.
