I am a CUSTOMER of Kappe associates inc and I have to say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of products. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and the solutions they provided were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kappe associates inc as average.
