I had my ultrasound at Optimal Imaging and overall, it was an adequate experience. The technician was knowledgeable and the procedure was conducted smoothly. However, I felt that the waiting area could be more comfortable. It would be great if they improve the waiting time as well. Decent service but room for improvement!
