The Natural Sapphire Company and their client services representative, Lauren Kelly-Nelson, are to be commended on their outstanding service. My order was expedited to meet a very short deadline and handled with the care and concern of a concierge by Lauren. She watched over the entire process until she was sure that the product had been delivered and I, (and my wife), were happy with the outcome.
The sappphire earrings are spectacular in both quality and design. My wife loves them and that was the objective. Well done, NSC!
