I attended the culinary program at culinaryarts.edu and I must say it was a great experience. The curriculum was well-designed and the instructors were very supportive. I enjoyed the hands-on approach of the classes and the opportunity to work in a professional kitchen. The skills and knowledge I gained have helped me immensely in my career.
