I have been going regularly for almost a whole year on a gift subscription that I got for Christmas. I have never had a rude reception from the women at the front desk nor have I had a problem with any of the massage staff. Everyone is always nice and accommodating and I feel relaxed afterwards. There was one less experienced masseuse that I had recently who was a little less "thorough", but I'm sure she will do well in the long run.
