I have been a customer of Blue Cross Blue Shield for the past five years and I must say their services have been average. While their coverage is comprehensive, I have had a few issues with their customer service. The representatives seem to be lacking in knowledge and are not always very helpful. However, their website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. Overall, my experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield has been just average.
