As a customer, I recently had the chance to use the services of this consulting company. I must say, my experience with them was just average. 🤷‍♀️ The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services and team. However, I found the overall level of customer service to be lacking, as their response time to my inquiries was quite slow. 😕 Moreover, although their consultants were knowledgeable, I didn't feel they went above and beyond to understand my specific needs and provide tailored solutions. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was acceptable. Overall, while my experience with this consulting company was not exceptional, it was not terrible either. They have room for improvement, particularly in terms of customer service and personalization of their services.
