Had an issue with getting a hold of finance and wrote a bad review regarding the level of customer service. Ben Miles commented under my review one day later and left contact info which I used to call him. He hopped on the phone and helped me figure out my situation with my car statements. Thanks for the help Ben Miles it is much appreciated. Ben deserves 5 stars, however not being able to get a hold of customer service for 7 days does not, therefore im splitting the difference and giving this a 4-star review.
