We got the House Gallery pass from our congressman...

We got the House Gallery pass from our congressman and was told it s open today(July 5th, 2019). We lined outside before 8AM. We asked the Front desk inside when we got in and was confirmed that the Gallery will open at 9AM. We waited at the entrance until 9:40AM but it still was not open. We went back to the Front desk and then they talked over radio and decided to not open today. What a mess! It s cheating! Cheating on citizens on purpose!
