I had a mixed experience with Heidelberg it & training solutions. The quality of their training courses was excellent, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. The trainers were knowledgeable and supportive, and the course content was comprehensive and well-structured. However, I found it difficult to get timely responses to my queries and had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
