After coming off a gruelling training, I was beyond pleased with the efficiency and good humor of the staff and the comfortable bed. I was concerned about noise being on the first floor in central London, but couldn't hear anything. My only minor complaint is the squeaky airco, but it only seemed to happen for a minute or two when it kicked on and was minimal enough that I couldn't be fussed to mention it.
