I would not give this company any stars, but Google wants you to rate in order to post!
BEWARE of this company if you will be renting a condo at the shores. I have used them for many years and have not had any problems. But the new owner doesn't seem to care about safety and a good client. Her attitude is less than kind. Shame on her! Word of mouth is the best advertisement and each client should be treated with respect and care.

Last summer, I rented a condo for a month that looked beautiful in the pictures and the agent assured me it was up to the standards that I would want, knowing that I rented from them in the past few years. What a surprise when I tripped into the uncleaned unit, it was outdated, filthy, bugs in the closet trash cans full, dirty dishes in the sink and sand and filth all over the old, ripped furniture , disgustingly dirty old mattress, to name a few. While the cleaning ladies spent hours cleaning while I had to wait to move in, the one thing they did not repair caused me great physical challenges for six months.

When you walked into this condo, there was an unfinished cement step higher than the floor at the front door. My first time walking in the condo was met with the cleaning ladies catching me as I didn't see the step and tripped over it. I told them the first day it needed to be fixed, it was dangerous, but that was never done. They blamed it on the building. Two other visitors fell because of this step and the week before I was to come home, I fell causing great injury to my knee and having to leave early. I was in PT for six months and it is finally getting better. When I left, the step was still not fixed.

And then they had the nerve to send me a letter saying I needed to find someone else to use in the future. (not that I would have used them again) They are very lucky I didn't go further with this issue. But as I said: BEWARE...they are out for your money and don't care to keep up with their properties!
