As a customer of The Surplus Line Association of California (SLACAL), I am extremely disappointed with their services. The website is outdated and difficult to navigate. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. I would not recommend SLACAL to anyone looking for insurance solutions. This company needs to improve their customer experience.
