I recently used this company for transporting my goods, and I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and had all the relevant information, which made it easy for me to book their services. 😊 However, the communication could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my shipment, which was a bit inconvenient. 🚚 The delivery was on time, but the overall customer service could use some improvement. The drivers were professional, but I'd appreciate more proactive communication from the company. Overall, it's an okay option for drayage services, but there are areas that need attention to enhance the customer experience.
