I recently worked with this company on a residential project, and while the final product was satisfactory, the communication and project management left something to be desired. The quality of the design concepts and architecture was decent, but I found it difficult to get timely responses to my questions and concerns. There were also some inconsistencies in the timeline of the project, which caused some frustration. I appreciate the effort put into the designs, but improvements in client communication and project organization would greatly enhance the overall experience.
