I recently tried the services of this broadband company. The internet speed was quite average, and the customer service was just ok. The website was easy to navigate, but I did experience some intermittent connectivity issues. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a bit more reliability for the cost. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of service consistency and quality.
