I have been using Ticketmaster for several years and overall I find their service to be average. The website is easy to navigate and the ticket purchasing process is straightforward. However, I have encountered issues with ticket availability and customer support in the past. I appreciate the convenience of being able to find and purchase tickets for various events in one place, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction.
