I have been a customer of CEFI - Centro de Estudos da Família e do Indivíduo for a long time now and I must say that their services are average. They need to work on improving their customer support as it takes a long time to get a response. The online platform is easy to use and navigate, but there is room for improvement. Overall, my experience with CEFI has been average.
