Our experience with Travel By Dawn, LLC was less than satisfactory. The customer service was lacking and the overall trip was disappointing. Despite the website being easy to use, the actual trip did not live up to our expectations. The accommodations were below par and there were several issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. We would not recommend using their services.
