I have been a customer of Arpci for a few years now and I must say, their service is average at best. The website is not user-friendly and it takes a long time to find the information I need. The rate at which they respond to customer inquiries is also quite slow. Overall, I would say that Arpci is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
