I had an average experience with Porcelain Refinishers INC. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but the customer service could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. However, it would have been nice to receive more frequent updates on the progress of my tub refinishing project. Overall, I would recommend Porcelain Refinishers INC to others, but with reservations.
