inFocus Payroll is an average company. The payroll service they provide is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been using their services for a few months now, and I haven't had any major issues. However, I do feel that their customer support could be improved. The process of getting answers to my queries sometimes feels slow and unprofessional. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
