I had a mixed experience with Panta rhei. While their website is visually appealing and the selection of multimedia art is impressive, the customer service left much to be desired. It took them several days to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their responses felt scripted and unhelpful. It's a shame because I really wanted to support this company, but I'm not sure if I would do business with them again.
