Have had two collections go to them. Nothing happened on the first one. Sent them a second one last week, asked today what was going on and received a very rude and dismissive email back from Kevin. Called up Kevin right away and same behaviour on the phone. Bizarre - if this is how you behave towards customers wonder how you plan on staying in business.
Stay away - not worth the trouble.
