Droppit is an average company that delivers packages. Their services are satisfactory, but there is nothing exceptional about them. I found their website to be user-friendly, and the delivery process was smooth. However, I believe they could improve their customer support as it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, Droppit provides a decent service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
