We were interested in a VW having owned a Passat for over 10 years and a '71 Karmann Ghia for longer than that...My wife liked the '13 Jetta TDI advertised on the Internet and we met Yaw Pepra and later his manager who were both very professional, courteous and customer focused. Their intent to inform us of the vehicle, its history and financial possibilities, rather than pressure a sale was very much appreciated. The worked with us at our own pace. Our sales person, Yaw Pepra was exceptional in all regards, as was his manager. We next met Hesham Kamal for processing a loan via VW. He too was exceptional in handling our sales business expeditiously and with high professional courtesy. We are very pleased with our pre-owned 2013 VW Jetta TDI purchase and will highly recommend the dealership, as well as all of the professionals we worked with while we conducted business. Great team!
