Review of Shangri-La Singapore Hotel

I love the Shangri-la but have a few concerns:

The cab line in the morning during the work week is unacceptable. Your hotel needs to arrange more cabs to be there during high usage times.

By arrival was handled very well initially but I only come here once/twice a year so someone should have accompanied me to my room to make sure I understood how everything operates.

The way the lights turn on and off is very confusing. And, the lighting is very dim. I can turn every light on and it is still hard to see or get ready in the morning.

The shower is not easy to operate and I've had issues with the hit water. It's either too cold or too hot and tough to get the right temperature. However, this problem occurs more when I shower later in the day/evening. When I showered early in the morning it was better.
