The villa is very close to the ferry station and the airport, the beach is very clean and quiet, there are no crowds, the view from the ranch at the end of the pier is spectacular and its hammocks are ideal for resting. At the bar I recommend trying the pina coladas and the restaurant food very good. As in any tropical beach I recommend you bring insect repellent.
