I would be extremely cautious about engaging with this company. We recently uncovered that although we had paid our licensing fee in good faith to IES, IES had not paid Microsoft. We also realized he had been overcharging ya for services. We have contacted the owner but other than some initial promises, he has not returned our emails. We are currently seeking legal advice in order to pursue a lawsuit.
