I've had the pleasure of using their equipment for my business without any major issues. Their products are great and help streamline my operations. The only downside is that sometimes their customer service can be a bit unresponsive. Despite that, I would still recommend Toyota Material Handling, U S A, INC for their high-quality equipment.
