I had an average experience with Petru Mironescu. The products were decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The prices were reasonable, but I felt that the overall value was lacking. While I wouldn't discourage others from giving them a try, I also wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them.
