I called tonight and spoke to Kate with concerns that my cat my have an abscess that had just burst. She was SO helpful, friendly and reassuring. I now feel comfortable with treating the wound and know what to look out for. Also knowing that I can take him in at any time to have him looked at, makes me feel so much better about the situation.
