I had an overall average experience with Smart Homes for Living. The customer service was acceptable, but the quality of the homes could have been better. I appreciated the timely communication from the company. However, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in some areas. The design options were limited, and I expected more flexibility. In conclusion, I believe Smart Homes for Living has room for improvement.
