I am a long-time customer of Thornton Electric and I can confidently say that they are average. While their service is generally satisfactory, there have been a few instances where I have encountered issues with their work. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, but there have been a couple of occasions where they made mistakes that required follow-up visits. Overall, I appreciate their prompt response and reasonable prices, but there is room for improvement.
