I have been a customer of Badri Group for many years, and I must say that their service is quite average. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of decent quality, their customer service could definitely use improvement. I have encountered a few instances where my queries were not addressed promptly, and it was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
