Called to ask them about a situation and if it was something they could help with. The lady asked me to describe what was going on and literally snickered and laughed several times saying it was a civil matter. Very unprofessional and rude. I told her upfront I wasn't sure if it was something they could help with and she made me feel belittled for even asking. For being civil servants they have no respect for the people paying their paychecks.
