I had the opportunity to take a contemporary dance class at Upper Falls Dance Academy and it was incredible. The instructor was so knowledgeable and created a supportive environment. The class was challenging but also allowed for self-expression. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in contemporary dance.
