I recently used La vida travels for a vacation and I must say, the experience was average. The customer service was satisfactory but the overall trip was nothing extraordinary. The accommodations provided were decent but there were some issues with cleanliness. The itinerary was well-planned, but I expected more unique experiences. Overall, it was an okay trip.
