My wife and I purchased a home in June with the help of Robert Bradshaw. After having to fire our previous Realtor it was such a relief to work with Robert. He offered good advise, came up with some great strategic suggestions (it was a house with multiple offers which we ultimately won because of his strategy), and during the inspections and everything leading up to closing he always had good insight and guidance. After closing he has checked in on us a few times and has been a good resource for contractor suggestions.
