I received a parking ticket despite receiving the below confirmation when paying using the website. I appealed but it was rejected because the payment wasn t taken despite a page stating Your parking has started! . They also didn t reply to my email for my appeal, they opted to post a letter, I assume to increase the likelihood of my paying the lower charge. I have given in and paid, but payment failed twice online showing an error message. I therefore have had to pay by phone.. amateurs and cowboys in all areas.
