I've been a customer of Addus Healthcare INC for several years, and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they do provide the necessary care, I have found that there is room for improvement. The caregivers are generally reliable, but there have been instances where they have arrived late or missed appointments. Additionally, the customer service could use some work as well. Overall, the experience has been just satisfactory, and I hope to see some positive changes in the future.
